Spot
Market Sale: This method allows the woodland owner to set a minimum
price at which to sell. A valuation and product break-out is performed
by Euroforest, kept on file
and regularly monitored. Because of its regular contact with industry,
Euroforest is able to advise
wood-link partners when their minimum price has been exceeded, allowing
an informed decision about whether or not to sell.

Index
Linked Sale: This scheme is designed for woodland owners who require
regular income combined with the assurance that they are receiving a fair
and reasonable value for their timber. Indicative volumes are placed in
the scheme and a crop valuation is made using the regional index, and
subject to the woodland owners agreement, harvesting continues.

Commited
Plantation: This scheme is designed for woodland owners requiring
regular fixed incomes. Through Euroforest,
it links the woodland owner to the wood-using industry. The owner commits
a specific volume and the wood-using industry commits to take the volume
at agreed prices.
